Product Design & Technical Specification

Whether creating a new design or value engineering an existing specification, the first phase in our process is an exploration of your design intent, usage criteria and aesthetic parameters.

Once the correct parameters are established, we utilize our database of 50+ factories and hundreds of thousands of samples to provide you with an absolutely unequaled choice of product and price options.

Product Management

Once a product is chosen the Account Management team ensures successful product management through comprehensive quality control/oversight at every stage of development:

  • Stage 1-Material Management:
    All products undergo extensive factory monitoring QC, guaranteeing aesthetic and technical consistency of approved samples.

  • Stage 2-Installation Management:
    The Account Management team further manages the products success through consultations with contractors and installers, providing product-specific installation specifications.

  • Stage 3-Turnover Management:
    Additionally, the Account Management team provides client and end users with detailed maintenance guidelines based on the specified tile, clients preferred cleaning agents and equipment.
