• Coordination, presentation and approval of product samples as mutually developed with client’s facilities management group, design firms and architects.

SPECIFICATION STAGE

• Consult with client and design team to provide written installation procedures, ensuring correct, problem-free finished floor or wall.

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

• Assign a National Account Administrator who provides a dedicated line of communication between the client and Creative Materials Corp.
• Coordinate and communicate scheduling at planning, real estate development and building permit stages, guaranteeing product availability for each project.
• Inventory management to program each project with the required one shade and one caliber sizing per location.
• Coordinate directly with contractor to ensure accurate and problem-free receiving. Track every delivery. Consult with contractors to ensure correct installation procedures.

TURNOVER STAGE

• Upon successful conclusion of tile installation, forward complete maintenance guide to site manager. The maintenance manual is developed with the help of the client’s facilities group and is engineered toward utilizing the client’s chosen cleaning agents and equipment.
